Contact can be made with a member of staff via a note in the relevant section of the planner, by letter, a phone call or an appointment can be made by phoning reception. If you are not sure who to talk to, the office staff will direct your message to the relevant person.
If the concern is particular to a lesson, the subject teacher should be contacted. Other concerns should be directed to your daughter’s Form Tutor who will consult other members of staff as necessary.
You can make an appointment to meet with your daughter's Head of Year at any time convenient to you both, or you can make an appointment to meet with the Principal in one of the many surgery sessions (please refer to the Academy calendar). Please email email@example.com to request an appointment.
